Revlon Chroma Chameleon Review

As I have previously stated I am not very talented and I lack the patience to ever create nail art. I prefer solid colours in general and have a very vast nail polish collection. In fact I hardly ever have bare nails. At times however one does get bored with bright reds and pretty pastels. A more interesting shade is what I have been after and I found it with Revlon’s Chroma Chameleon range.

The Chroma Chameleon range is a limited edition collection and I am seriously fighting the urge to pick up all 8 shades. At only R89.95 each they are well priced considering the Rose Gold shade I tested is on a par with the very well-known Chanel Le Vernis Peridot and dare I say even better!

Consistency-wise the formula does require two or three layers for complete coverage but these never feel too thick and the layers dry incredibly fast (another big plus for me).

I really like that the duo factor is visible, in the bottle and in lower lighting the emerald-green shows up more whereas in the light it is almost pure gold with a very subtle copper tinge.

My only qualm is the name as to me this is definitely not a “rose gold” but with such a pretty formula and shade who cares what it is called.
