This time of the year I am so grateful for how far online shopping has come in SA. Aside from the luxury of purchasing and looking through the sales online in the comfort of ones own home or office, the general ease of browsing through stores sites and having for instance the perfect party outfit delivered directly to your door without having to tackle overcrowded malls has been true bliss.

Spree has been going from strength to strength with their selection and TakeAlot has expanded into clothing as well but for this post I would like to focus on a store that is currently my favourite South African brand…Woolworths.

With so many social events on the calendar I have found that Woolworths has become my ultimate online shopping destination. They have been constantly upping their fashion game and the wide variety of womenswear on offer means no matter the occasion there is something for every event.

With incredible brands within Woolworths such as Witchery, Studio W, Country Road and Trenery one is spoiled for choice when it comes to women’s dresses. These are a few of my favourites and they are all available online!

As far as women’s shoes go, Woolworths have some incredible styles available at the moment and I can always count on their quality which is so important when it comes shoes but especially with heels. These are on a fraction of what is on my wishlist currently.

Woolworths also have a wide range of stunning accessories with beautiful timepieces, jewellery and handbags all available with a click on “Add to Cart”.

Which online store is your one-stop-shop?

  1. I have to say Mr Price is my first choice prices are more reasonable and delivery is quick

  2. I love Spree… I’m yet to try Woolies!
Online shopping is amazing, but I still get nervous about sizes and fit. It’s such a hassle if it doesn’t fit right. There have been so many times I’ve seen a beautiful dress and when it’s arrived it’s look better on the model on the site, than it has on me and then it’s a hassle of having to return it.

  3. I love them too but I tend to overspend there! I know how can one overspend at Mr P but I justify that “it is so cheap” and then end up with carts of over R500 multiple times a month. So I have a little ban on visiting there site at the moment.

  4. Spree is excellent and their service is superb too just wish that they offered the same ranges that Style 36 did. I still miss that online store the most.
