There are so many great products that are currently launching but sometimes I like to turn the spotlight on those that aren’t necessarily new but still deserve attention. These products I’ve really enjoyed using this month.
The VICHY 3-in-1 Pureté Thermale Micellar cleanser (R180) launched in June this year and is ideal for those with sensitive skin. I used it quite a bit in July post-op time when washing my face was difficult. I then “re-discovered” it this month and realised how awesome it is. It is a time-saving cleanser that purifies and soothes the skin while also removing makeup in one simple step. An effective, quick, and gentle way to cleanse without rubbing & rinsing. It also contains Pro-Vitamin B5 and thermal water. I love that the formula is not sticky or oily and removes even waterproof makeup.
We all love a good hair mask right? Chirp Body Softnest Hair Mask is 100% Natural, it is vegan, not tested on animals and is artisan crafted. The formula is a pure oil blend with raw coconut and jojoba oils which absorb down to the root, while Avocado and Argan hydrate, nourish and reboot. Castor and Olive Oils lock in strength and repair while the antiseptic tea tree oil treats your scalp. Scented with refreshing bergamot (also great for hair growth) and ylang-ylang oils. Just apply a small amount to your hair and scalp, wait 25min and then shampoo and condition as per usual.
Next up we have some Cowshed products. I love the Moody Cow range which contains a balancing blend of Rose Geranium, Linden Blossom and Frankincense offers an instant mood lift. I’ve been using the shower gel (R300) and then applying the body lotion (R399) on days where I feel anxious. I REALLY want to get the Moody Cow Balancing Room Diffuser next.
