Okay, I will admit I am a bit of a shopaholic. I have become more mindful of my spending habits though but with so much happening in the world of retail I can’t help but get excited. Since retail is my number one love, I am majoring in it after all, I have decided to include some “Retail News” posts here and there to let you know what’s new and exciting.
TopShop Has a Personal Shopping Experience
I attended a Topshop media event this week and we were introduced to their spectacular Personal Shopping Experience. Now please note that this is currently exclusive to their V&A Waterfront store and bookings are an NB.

You can select whichever experience is best suited to your needs with 9 choices available think The Newer Than Now, The Jeanius, The Spoil Me Birthday Booking etc
The best part is that this service is absolutely free! Yes, free! Also it includes bubbly and delicious nibbles like macarons and cupcakes.

TakeAlot Launch a Fashion Department
Arguably one of SA’s most favourite online stores TakeAlot launched a fashion section on their site this week. You check out the section over here. I have already purchased from the site and delivery was so fast and efficient. I chose standard delivery and was informed of the progress throughout. My parcel was in my hands within less than 48 hours. The site is easy to navigate and checkout was a total breeze. All in all very impressed! I will show you what I bought in upcoming outfit posts.
If You’re in the Mood For a Bit of Decor Shopping- @Home Now has an Online Store
I am currently very into decor shopping so I was ecstatic when I saw a big banner in @Home’s window saying that they have an online store. The site has a user-friendly layout and they offer free delivery on all orders over R500.
