Hask recently sent me some products from their Dry Hair range to try out. Hask is a collection of hair care products featuring exotic oils from around the world. The range includes shampoos, conditioners, shine oils and deep conditioners based on the key ingredients of Argan Oil, Macadamia Oil, Monoi Oil and Keratin Protein. As I mentioned I received the Dry Hair range which contains Macadamia oil to moisturise and protect ones hair.
HASK Shampoos and Conditioners are free from sulfates, parabens, drying alcohols, phthalates, gluten and artificial colors. The packaging is gorgeous and the products smell amazing. They feel luxurious yet are extremely affordable at just R115.95 per shampoo/conditioner. I find that even though this is an oil based range it actually provides quite a lot of volume and doesn’t turn ones hair into a grease-ball at all.
Hask also sent an incredible Monoi Oil (Monoi Oil is the Dull hair range) Moisturising Deep Conditioner to test. This smells divine!!! It also leaves ones hair silky soft with a definite visible shine. A little sachet retails for R49.95 and has thus far lasted three washes. I have quite thick hair so this is pretty impressive.
Finally I received a little Moisturising Shine Hair Oil (R49.95) which will last for ages since two drops was sufficient for all of my hair. I simply applied to my towel dried hair from mid-lengths to ends and then blow dried and styled as I normally would do. My hair appears much more shiny and sleeker after use. Again this also smells so good.
