I recently won an utterly fabulous prize that consisted of a treatment, cut and style at Edge on Trend hair design studio in Vredehoek as well as a hamper from Sebastian Professional consisting of a shampoo, conditioner and spray from the new Volupt range.
The wonderful Natalie gave my hair a much needed two part treatment and added some more layers to my hair. She also used the Volupt range to show me how to use each product to reap its maximum benefits.
I have been craving more volume in my hair but everything I have tried weighed my hair down or created major build-up. The Volupt Shampoo claims to provide a volume boost while keeping it soft to the touch and the conditioner is said to shield in volume without adding weight. This sounded great and my hair felt super soft and lovely after the hairdresser but I wanted to try it out at home for myself to see if it wasn’t just all due to Natalie’s incredible talent.
After using it a couple times at home I can safely say it does what it says. Such an amazing product, really lightweight, it has that yummy salon smell to it and a little goes a long way! The shampoo is hydra activated, so the wetter your hair the more foam and the better it works this is great for someone like me that has really thick hair and usually ends up with a handful of shampoo to cover everything. With this shampoo I needed one tiny squirt.The conditioner creates perfect volume without any frizz and the spray it also a heat protectant so it is basically a two in one.
Also how hot are is the Sebastian ranges bottles.
