When it comes to skincare there is simply no point in skimping when you know a luxury product is truly worth its price tag. That is exactly how I feel about Chanel’s Hydra Beauty Serum. It was formerly known as Hydramax and the formula has changed ever so slightly (for the better).
You only need a tiny blob to cover your entire face as it spreads easily and feels soft but not in an overly silicone-filled way. In fact one of the things I adore about this serum is how light it is considering the immense amount of moisture it provides.
The formulation’s active ingredients include Camellia which is ultra-hydrating and the powerful antioxidant Blue ginger PFA which helps to protect the skin from environmental stress.
The scent is also divine, a refreshing fragrance that smells rich and luxurious but doesn’t ever feel too strong.
Chanel’s Hyrda Beauty serum is a must for travel lovers and I will always take a sample size on the airplane as well as a full-sized product in my luggage as it provides the right amount of moisture even in extreme conditions.
